[vdr] NEWBIE: Problem with compiling (complete compiled set avaliable?)

Hello I tried to compile my firest VDR.

But I got all kinds of errors. Can someone tell me whoich set of programms is needed to compile the VDR correctly?

Or is a complete set of the VDR (and all it's plugin avaliable somewhere)
