Since the "unique channel ID" consists of source, frequency and SID,
this won't work with in VDR version >= 1.1.16. You should enter the
two APIDs as in
Eurosport:11155:v:S19.2E:22000:164:96,97:0:101:30503
At a later point there may be the possibility to have any number
of APIDs (well, maybe max. 16 or so), but that currently has no high priority
and won't change in the final 1.2.0.
