the problems concerning that vdr didn't shut down, that I mentioned here
some time ago, were probably also related to a full disk. (I have default
priority at 99, as I don't want automatic deleting). Once the disk was
absolutelly full, and vdr couldn't even write back some config files.

So I think for users, who don't use automatic deleting, that would be
very desirable.
