Andreas has an updated libdvdnav at warp10.net, but this seems not to be
online currently. But I found
http://www.geocrawler.com/archives/3/14805/2002/7/0/9141898/ which
contains the patch necessary for libdvdnav. I applied it with a few
corrections and then it worked.
