[vdr] avoiding transfer mode

If I have two full-function cards in the box, ie. DVB-S and DVB-T, both
connected to the TV with separate SCART cables.
I would then assume that transfer mode is never activated.
How about OSD then, do both show OSD, which one should be defined as
'Primary' ?
