[vdr] VDR-ML usage Stats: Project Canceld

Hi List,

since i recieved some requests to exclude some People (their names
actually) from the usage stat list i decided it's not worth the effort
since i can not handle the stats by hand and would have done this with
an automatic database-style-thing where it will become to tricky to
handle special cases.

Just to let you know.
