[vdr] DVB-T, moving parts blocky.

Hi,

I have problems with with DVB-12.08 and
VDR-1.1.20. Primary card is DVB-S (rev: 1.3), secondary card is Nova
DVB-T budget.

The reception is perfect on non moving parts of the image, but moving
parts are blocky and blocks of images are left behind and removed only on
next I frame. 

I believe all channel settings are correct for reception on Finland from
Espoo transmitter. A sample entry from channels.conf is shown below:
Subtv:658000:I0C23D12M64B8T8G8Y0:T:27500:353:609:865:2:97:0:0:0

I have tried older versions of the DVB-driver (11-01) with vdr-1.1.19, but
it did not solve the problem either.
