Yes, that's right, it was no compiler issue. Compiled linuxdvb-08-12-2002 and 
vdr-1.1.20 without probs (doing a 'make clean' before). But 'make insmod' the 
dvb driver fails with

so there's something more seriously wrong. I reported that to the dvb mailing 
list, but if anyone on this list knows how to fix it, I'd be grateful for any 
idea.
