Skip the NEWSTRUCT switch and adjust the ifdefs in the Makefiles.

Since VDR-1.1.15 there is no NEWSTRUCT/oldstruct anymore, but old plugins
think so.

All that NEWSTRUCT-options caused errors with my system, so I adjusted the
Makefiles and everything worked fine.
