Region Protection Enhancement, it a better way to work against multizone
DVD player: it sends a request authification to for example ask for a
code 1, and if that's work, it sends code 2, if the player works again,
then the DVD know the player is not a "true" code 1...
If I remember right, one of the first DVD of that kind was Braveheart.
