Vol+ / Vol- seems to be a bug in rc3 of mplayer - works with mplayer rc1
(it also doesn't work in non slave mode, go figure)

Red and Mute I don't know, but Blue should work, too (same as exit/back).

I think, that there are no other keys defined by the mplayer-plugin in
slave mode.
