In the AIO patch 10.09 for VDR 1.0.4 there was integrated the
CALENDAR patch. That one was really cool :-))

It would be nice to have it in vdr 1.1.x

So, perhaps you could port that to the new structure of
VDR 1.1.x instead of writing a new one?
