Please do all your test with only _ONE_ CAM inserted, and make sure
you insert the CAM _BEFORE_ staring VDR. Currently there is no dynamic
reaction on CAM insert/remove yet.

Is there no CA_PMT data sent to the CAM when you switch to an encrypted channel?
Something like described under '8' in the 'cams.txt' file?

The changes were all in VDR and the driver.
