[vdr] burning .vdr files to DVD+R

Hi !

Someone said quiet a time ago that it is possible to burn vdr files to a 
video-DVD after cleaned with pvastrumento and made a ifo strucure by ifoedit.
But How to do that? IFoedit complains about the mpg file (output of 
pvastrumento) is not a vob file and does not do anything.

Can anyone give me a hint how to do that?
