[vdr] How to know on which channel is the second card?

Hello,

is there a way to know on which channel the second card is?
Or even better, is there a way to instant reccord what's on the second
card?

I have alway a second xawtv in which I can see what's on the second
card, and just before I seen a paraglider, and the time I found on which
channel it was, it was too late :-(
