Hello!

i am trying to encode a movie to svcd. the problem is , that the resulting movie starts ca. 10-15mins after the marked position in vdr !?

I've also observed such strange behavior. Sometimes tosvcd start to encode with 002.vdr.
This depends on increasing the quality level. If I encode with option -r I've got always a full encoded movie.
