Yes.
It should be at http://home.arcor.de/matt2/dvb.matt
but that page is redirected to http://home.arcor.de/matt2/.suspend.shtml
which says that the page cannot be reached because it has exceeded the
granted resource limit.
I have CCd the author in case he has not noticed yet and in
the hope he can post an alternative URL or a time when his site
will be up again.

I do not know what the latest version is.
I have ds_v061k and will mail it to you.
