[vdr] Re: updateted cable channels.conf for KabelDeutschland

Hi,

please keep in mind that the channel-configuration is not done by
Kabel Deutschland. Instead the cable network has been sold into
different regions and to different owners who are responsible for
the channel lineup of "their" region now! (like ISH for NRW, IESY for
Hessen and so on).

Hence a generic cable channels.conf is of no use :-(
