[vdr] DVD feature request

Hello,

the DVD plugin works really great with commercial DVD I have (even the
RPC-1 if I set the region).
My problem is with the DVD I made myself that don't have menu...
I can perfectly play the first title, but how could I play the other
ones?

Would it be possible to have something similar as what we had before the
DVD plugin got menu support as an option?
