You are using the wrong codes in your lircd.conf. You have to enter the 
codes which are generated when you *press* the key, not when the key is 
*released*. Use the following:
          Menu                     0x000000008000000F

          Up                       0x0000000080000020
          Down                     0x0000000080000021
          Left                     0x0000000080000011
          Right                    0x0000000080000010
          Red                      0x000000008000000D
