[vdr] diseqc.conf 4 lnb

Hi

I'm helping a friend of mine to install VDR. The problem is that he has
4 LNB and I just have 2 so I don't know how the dieseqc.conf should look
with 4 LNB. Does anyone use 4 LNB? the LNBs he has is 1.0W 5.0E 13.0E
and 19.2E
