[vdr] multiple resume files for vdr-1.1.25 - patch

Hi all,
I just made a tiny patch for vdr-1.1.25 
( http://home.pages.at/linux/vdr-1.1.25-ResumeID.diff.gz )
that makes vdr to create different resume-files 
(resume.vdr, resume.1.vdr, resume.2.vdr ...) depending on
the ResumeID-value that can be set in MENU->SETUP->REPLAY.
( old idea though :) )

I think a feature like that is still missing for
networked environments where several 'vdr-clients'
share the same video directory from a common server.

Each client can set it's own ResumeID to a different value
thus watching the same recording from different clients
works with resume too now without interfering each other.

If you start watching from client A and you want to
finish the movie from client B just set temporarily client A's
ResumeID on client B ....
