[vdr] OT: ide for vdr?

Hello,
I am looking for a good free IDE to program vdr with
- class referenz browsing (tree)
- syntax highlighting for c/c++
- should be able to import vdr-makefile

The IDE should run under Windows, since I program under
Windows, because my Linux-Server has no Monitor and no
graphical desktop.
Compilation could be simply done under linux within a
console window.

Does anyone know such a IDE?
