[vdr] OSD screen update

Hi!

  I try to develop a plugin, and I want to refresh the plugin's OSD in
every 1 seconds. I tried, but the OSD will scratchy, sometimes lines and
characters are missing, even with the 1.0.0-rc2 driver. Any idea?
