[vdr] [EXPERIMENTAL] new autopid /nvod patch v3

Hi,

Inspired by Andreas Share's comment i have made a new version of the patch 
available at:
http://www.cs.uni-magdeburg.de/~aschultz/dvd/vdr-1.1.26-autopid-3.diff.bz2

This version has only received minimal testing (about 5 minutes), but appears 
to solve the filter exhaustion problem.

Changes:

- use CondVar to sync the threads
- only read pmt-pid's we really need
- update filters on sdt and pmt pid's to only scan for new versions after the 
  initial scan
- properly shutdown filters on sdt pid's when changing the effective sid
