[vdr] command to get all vdr-dirs

Hello,
I am trying to write a little patch to move a whole
vdr-recording to another directory.

So I would need a command to list all these directories
within a list.
How can this be done?
All the directories should be displayed till the level of
e.g. 2003-03-15.22.13.50.50.rec
e.g. if there is the directory
/video/Agatha_Christie#3A_Mord_#E0_la_Carte/2003-03-15.22.13.50.50.rec
it should be displayed as
/video
/video/Agatha_Christie#3A_Mord_#E0_la_Carte

and so on.
Maybe it could be as simple as "find /video -follow -type d
-name '*.*'"
Could someone help me please.
I hope you understand what I want.
