[vdr] Re: shutdown-script



Hi Sergei,

you are completly right, i miss every the timer as described in your
scenario -- but i fear, i miss a worse case too: if the shutdown-flag is
written after the time of user-inactivity is reached, there could be any
program of CMD_LST, which denies the shutdown. if i react some times
later (because it's the next morning and i want to watch the latest
news), then the flag is still there -- and the cron-job shuts down the
computer regardless the activity, that happened in the meantime.

what i'm lokking for is any improvement, to honor user-activities after
the flag is already set but still not handled. any hints or suggestions?
