This should be selectable through setup options which will come later.

You probably start with an incomplete channels.conf and the update then 
breaks the relation between EPG data and the channel. Fix your 
channels.conf to include correct Tid and Nid or save the updated 
channels and restart vdr (Saving the channels.conf can be forced by 
editing a channel!).

can't compare with the source right now, but on the pid's (most likely 
vpid) is not beeing set, this usally happens when vdr thinks that this 
pid has already been set. Most probable cause is a missing DelPid() 
somewhere, and most likely a DelPid for the PcrPid it is.
