Only the DVB card that has a CAM attached to it is able to receive an encrypted
channels. With the old firmware only one DVB card was able to have a CAM (and it
had to be the "highest" card). With the "Link Layer" firmware (which is the default
for newer driver versions) every DVB card should be able to have a CAM.
