[vdr] new channels.conf.terr for Berlin

Hello list, hello Klaus,

I've uploaded a new channels.conf for DVB-T in Berlin.
It would be nice if this could be included in the next release of VDR.

The reason for the release is that the SAT1/ProSieben group changed the
teletext IDs.
Also SFB1 and ORB changed name to RBB [Berlin|Brandenburg].
And the ZDF merged three channels into two and dropped the third (for
now). So we have now Info/3sat & Doku/KiKa instead of Dokukanal,
Infokanal and KiKa.
