Can you ?

IIRC you can only mark GOPs as "closed" (i.e. all B- and P-frames refer to
frames inside the GOP) or not, and you can set the "broken link" flag,
meaning that an editing process has thrown away the GOP preceding the marked
one.

If a GOP is not "closed" _and_ the "broken link" is set, then decoders
should not display the B- and P-frames preceding
the I-frame in time.

Anything more I should know but don't ????
