[vdr] ANNOUNCE: Client/Server Streaming (vdr-streamdev-0.0.3beta1)

This is intermediate beta release 0.0.3beta1 - things should be better now but 
don't blame me if things are worse ;)))

CHANGES since 0.0.2:
- Server stops correctly on VDR exit
- Fixed a race condition when several threads access the client device
- Made server code more modular
- Structured the directories
- Fixed a bug in informational log-message
- Added Apid2, Dpid1 and Ppid in TS mode (silly me;) )


Please report any bugs that changed and didn't change since 0.0.2 !!!
