I've done a few screenshots with 128x64 and updated the project hp.

I made a little program (unfortunately only for Win :-( ) to view the 
output of GRAPHLCD_DRIVER=SIMLCD more comfortably:

The format of the required SimLCD.ini file is:
x-Resolution
y-Resolution
scale factor (to enlarge the display)
path to simlcd.dat
