Changes:
- A few new marcros, Premiere-changes
- sample/torecord overworked a bit.
- "Category"-thing stripped.
- Block/lines are stored for "deepblack" now too.
- Signal-Handler for "CTRL-C".
- Store data-files into a temp-file first then rename it. Together with
  the  signal-handler it should now be impossibel or at least harder to
  corrupt master-timers data-files via interupting it.
- Sort-mode of "sorttimer.pl" can now chosen.
- Slow-sorting overworked so that it works much faster.
- Many smaller fixes i can't remember.

NEW:
- Special-titles "movie" & "series" for recording everything marked
  "interesting" via movie.pl/seriels.pl
- Regular-Excpression-Mini-FAQ in german and english
  (Thanks to Thomas Keil for the english translation)
