[vdr] HTTP-streaming with VDR-1.1.31 and streamdev-0.0.3beta workingquite good now

Hi,

I've tested VDR-1.1.31 and streamdev-0.0.3beta today with 4
MPlayer-clients on three machines and it worked quite good.

Except some lonely spikes and spikes when a client (dis-)connects it
worked fine (even at people playing with cache and pause of MPlayer).
