happens here too, and also on
MTV2 Pop Channel:12226:H:S19.2E:27500:513:661:1091:0:28640:0:0:0
and
MTV Central:11739:V:S19.2E:27500:3031:3032:1066:0:28653:0:0:0
 
time for "videosync is broken" is variable, often > 100 sec,
but sometimes also < 5 :-(
