[vdr] autopid/scanner for 1.1.32

Hi,

New patch at:

New features:
- better OSD feedback during scanning
- scanner now supports DVB-C (thnx to Sven Grothklags) and DVB-T (untested)
- autoupdate can be enable/disable by channel with a magic RID value:

    16385 - update channel name
    16386 - update channel pid's
    16387 - update channel name and pid's

    updates can be enable/disabled globaly in Menu/Setup/DVB

Fixes:
- fixed Menu/Schedule/Now(Green)/Switch(Blue) deadlock

Please remember: The patch needs a channels.conf with correct Nid and Tid 
values for all channels. IT WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT THEM!
