[vdr] radio-channels issue fixed ?

Hi!

Ist the issue with the radiochannels fixed ? What I mean is that sometimes 
radio stations wont get instantly played with vpid == 0 , if vpid == 1 the 
channel is instantly available. Was the reason for this found ? I ask this 
because the stable release is very near and it would be nice if this could be 
fixed.
