[vdr] EPG with 2 cards and 2 vdr

Hello,

FYI:

I found, that when you are running two vdr instances on seperate cards
(-D), EPG scans are only done on the first one (-D 0). The others never
start scanning - independent from the EPG scan timeout settings.
This was true with 1.0.x and 1.1.29
