Yes that's roght, vdrportal.de is down. I've tried to contact genka via phone. 
Maybe he'll receive my message and can solve the problem ...

He answered: "Wartungsarbeiten :( noch 30 min ich habe das auch nicht gewust"

O.K. let us hope that the portal will work again in a few miuntes!
