Well I had the same problem :
My VDR Box is able to do DivX, replay of recordings and so on.
I took my box with me and some DivX.
As there were no antenna, I couldn't use my VDRBox to view some
recordings or DivX (the replay was really choppy).
It could be interesting to stop the DVB card search to give all the CPU
power to DivX replay or recordings replay.
