The easiest way would be a "Pfostensteckverbinder (Schneid-
/Klemmtechnik)". That are those connectors like they are used on ide
cables e.g. they are available in 2x5 pins which fits the the J2...

You can get those connectors at www.conrad.de or www.reichelt.de or any
other electronics shop
