[vdr] autopid and empty channels

Hi,

Using the autopid-patch gives me a lot of empty entries (channels, where 
no name is given). This results in something like this:

So whenever I tune to the transponder with a channel with an empty 
"name" field, I get a new entry in my channels.conf that is treated as 
grouping-info.
An easy fix is to assign the channel-name EMPTY to these channels...
