For German readers using Outlook 2000:

Go to Extras -> Optionen -> E-Mail-Format

Senden im Nachrichtenformat:

Nur Text

Then go to -> Internationale Optionen

Turn on:

Nachrichtenkennzeichnung in Englisch

Kopfzeilen von Antworten und Weiterleitungen in Englisch

For Outlook Express:

Extras -> Optionen -> Senden -> Internationale Einstellungen -> Englische Kopfzeilen

This will turn on Re: for replies and not those ugly AW: and so on.
