I tested this a while ago, shutdown ist irritated by the extra 
parameters! I had to write a wrapper script.  Just try this (as root):

# shutdown -h now 1055359680 -2125 3 "Suuri Seikkailu 2003" 1

Results in:

shutdown: invalid option -- 2
Usage:    shutdown [-akrhfnc] [-t secs] time [warning message]
