AFAIK the initial.h lacks of a lot of transponder from Hotbird :(

I had to create a lot of channels (one for every transponder) by hand 
and than used the AutoPID-patch and its scanner to get a "real" 
Hotbird-channels.conf. I ended up with a channels.conf with about 1600 
channels+Radio entries for Astra AND Hotbird...
