Hello
In spite of the errors during recording I finally got:
23:10:00 gorgias vdr[16044]: recording thread ended (pid=16044)
23:10:00 gorgias vdr[15921]: buffer stats: 2278560 (43%) used
23:10:00 gorgias vdr[15921]: timer 10 (11 2010-2310 'Phoenix') stop
23:10:00 gorgias vdr[15921]: deleting timer 10
No editing was done - just nothing that could conern vdr. But about
twenty minutes later it started -
00:29:46 gorgias vdr[16045]: ERROR: ring buffer overflow (89 bytes dropped)
00:29:46 gorgias vdr[16045]: ERROR: ring buffer overflow (188 bytes dropped)
00:29:46 gorgias last message repeated 11 times
00:29:48 gorgias vdr[16046]: ERROR: skipped 99 byte to sync on TS packet
00:29:48 gorgias vdr[16045]: ERROR: ring buffer overflow (89 bytes dropped)
00:29:48 gorgias vdr[16045]: ERROR: ring buffer overflow (188 bytes dropped)
00:29:48 gorgias last message repeated 813 times
and so on...
additional info: The card (single card system) is switched to an encrypted
channel - recording was done from Kabel1.
Might be this helps also to trace it down: When I started recording I got:
20:10:05 gorgias vdr[16044]: recording thread started (pid=16044)
20:10:05 gorgias vdr[16045]: receiver thread started on device 1 (pid=16045)
20:10:06 gorgias vdr[15921]: switching to channel 42 <- encrypted channel
20:10:06 gorgias vdr[15921]: ERROR: Kanal nicht verfügbar!
20:10:08 gorgias vdr[15921]: switching to channel 11 <- Kabel 1
20:10:08 gorgias vdr[16046]: transfer thread started (pid=16046)
Why does it switch to channel 42 at the beginning of the recording?
This channel was active before - without any error-message
This double instance of switching is somewhat strange
regards
Wolfgang
