again a new version of my vbox plugin sees the light of the sun

- bug fixed: Segfault, if last message has been deleted and menu is 
enterd again.
- bug fixed. Segfault, if pressing blue or green button in the caller 
list menu and the list is empty

- Changes: Debug output is only made now if DEBUG is defined
      Debug output is problematic, if no terminal is attached to the 
vdr process.
      Replay is stuttering as reported by a user.

- NEW FEATURES

   - now you can stop the replay of a call, by pressing Ok/red button 
again.
   - Confirmation messages when some calls are marked as deleted, can 
be switched off
     in the setup menu
