Yeah, I like to have that too.

Although the idea itself is not new (re-appears with different names, e.g.
batch-replay), nobody has implemented it by now (AFAIK). I would even
suggest to
a.) allow replaying on one of the secondary cards while watching normal tv
with the primary one, and
b.) combine the replay part with the cutting tool to control the replay with
the info from marks.vdr. This way, one can save the sometimes timeconsuming
cutting process.

Well, at the moment I use a workaround for it:
Usually, I create a faked recording directory structure on my /video, like

/video/%VCR/2003-07-10.20.15.99.99.rec

and put some softlinks to the 00x.vdr files of the single series in there,
named in ascending order. Then, a little help from the genindex tool, and
it's done. Not very comfortable (because not couch potato compatible ;-),
but on the other hand you won't have to do this that often....
