[vdr] vdrshutdown script and SVDRP

hi!

I received reports that a command like

  svdrpsend.pl MESG Hello world

would  time  out if executed from within the vdrshutdown script. I'm sorry
that I can't check that myself right now.

It  seems to me that vdr waits for the script to finish and doesn't accept
any SVDRP connection (anything else?) during this time.

Since  VDR  doesn't depend on any information from the script (like return
value  or whatever), it would be better to execute it "in the background",
i.e.  in  a  way  that  VDR  doesn't  wait  for  this script to finish but
continues its work.
